Lakeside Staines is a completed office-to-residential conversion in Staines-upon-Thames, transforming a former purpose-built office development into 103 residential apartments.
The original development comprised three separate buildings — Lakeside House, Lakeside East and Lakeside West — all of which were converted as part of the residential scheme. The completed development also incorporates associated parking and landscaping within a distinctive setting overlooking a man-made lake surrounded by mature trees.
Located approximately five minutes from Staines-upon-Thames town centre, the project represents a substantial transformation of an established commercial site into a large-scale residential development.
