Project overview
Parkview House is a completed office-to-residential conversion in Wokingham, transforming an existing office building into 25 bespoke one and two-bedroom apartments. Located less than a mile from Wokingham railway station and the town centre, the development created high-quality new homes within an established and well-connected location.
Pace Construction delivered the scheme under a traditional JCT contract from a complete set of developer-supplied plans. The works included the full residential conversion and internal fit-out, with particular attention given to workmanship and specification throughout. The completed apartments incorporate high ceilings, mezzanine storage, smart privacy glass and fully fitted kitchens.
